im getting a pre built pc beacause i live in the philippines and buying pc parts is a no no here

Then I would go with the r9 270 build. Its not a terrible deal. And the r9 270 will dominate both the 6770 and the r7 240.

its just there is no good gpu in my area the best is a powercolor 6770
i cant buy online because im 14 and i have no credit card but i have money about 850 dollars
