Question Help picking LGA1156 cooling

Which should i choose?
COOLER MASTER RR-212L-16PR-R1 Hyper 212 LED CPU Cooler with PWM Fan for Php 1,200
Or
cooler-master-hyper-212-evo-rr-212e-20pk-r2-cpu-cooler-with-120mm-pwm-fan for Php 3,400
Note that $1 is to Php52
And im also open to other options thank youuu in advanceee

I currently use a Hyper 212 Evo Black Edition RGB on my system. (Core i7-860) and it works great. I had an H100i on it previously for the last 6 years. From PERSONAL Experience, if you want budget, get the Hyper 212 Evo Black (OR, a similar model, sdoesnt have to be that one specifically but it seems they refined the black edition a bit?), if you want an AIO, Corsair H100i or similar are great choices.

Corsair H100i is way over my budget its $132 but ill try to look for hyper 212 evo black first the problem here in Philippines is that it lacks stock and limited choices even in the internet but i couldnt shop on ebay because my family controls what i buy so yeah
