Help picking memory!

I need help selecting memory for my new build, heres my build:

CPU - E6400
MOBO - Gigabyte DS3
PSU - Hiper 580W
GPU - Sapphire X1900XT 256MB

I won't be overclocking, computer will be used alot for gaming/autocad/photoshop. need it to run Oblivion smoothly at max settings.

I was originally going for Corsair, but I'm reading that others brands like OCZ and GSKILL are just as good and cost less. and not sure between 667 and 800. right now Newegg has Corsair 2GB XMS 6400C4 for $281, looks like a nice deal, but I'm open to other suggestions.

If you wont be overclocking at all (now and never) all you need is DDR2 533. This way youll be matching the FSB by running it in dual-channel.
Without OCing theres its not worth spending on very expesive RAM when the increase in performance is so minimal.
