Help picking motherboard for 4690k

Here is my build without a motherboard.

This will be used for gaming. I plan to overclock in the future. And with the motherboard the total price I would like to see would be around $850.

That only leaves about $77 for a mobo? Not much to choose from w/ that budget.

There's only one you can go for and that's the msi z87 g45 gaming, that's the worst you can go for a i5 4690k, but you need to do a BIOS update also for it, which can be hard for first time pc builders

Ok so art there any changes that you would make that would have me be able to pick a better motherboard?
And as for the price I'm willing to go up on price its just that's what I was hoping for.

If the vanguard is what you want and has all you need, I'd go for that mobo.
