Help Picking Out A Card

I need something that will run Battlefield 4 on at least high for around $250 not over. I'm thinking the 270x

Okay nut i'm probably going for the 270x or the 270 and overclocking the 270. I think i would have the cooling capabilities. But are ther any downsides to overclocking. (also probably going for an msi, heard they had the best fans)

Downsides are heat and noise and power draw. Other than that there really is no downside, free performance.
