Hey guys, I'm currently looking for two ssd's for my first build (which is going to be a gaming rig) and i've done tons of (pointless) research. I've looked at the comparisons here on this website only to find counterproductive or outdated information elsewhere.
So, i'm looking for around a 60gb ssd for my boot drive and around a 120gb drive for my games and essential programs, i have a 2tb barracuda for files.
i'm looking for mid range and higher (i guess read speeds? things that will cut down my load screens and boot time)
Also, i read somewhere that when you have multiple storage devices whether ssd or hard drive, some people run into the problem, that their PC automatically wants to write new information to the wrong drive? like obviously if i download something i don't want it to automatically write to either of my ssd's. So how would i go about to changing this? registry edit or something?
