I'm looking for parts for a gaming PC what I'm looking for is a PC that can run any game smoothly and will be a good PC for years to come my budget is 3-4k without the monitor keyboard mouse headset and OS I would appreciate some help pick parts
Would not change much, yes other build above is cheaper, but yours looks great. Minor things that imo look as good or perform as good and make it a little cheaper,https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2Xfcf9
What can I do to improve this build I'm interested in water cooling and RGB lighting in the PC are they worth it if so how should I go about them

I’d swap to a Ryzen Platform tbh and you know your system is black but you have a Noctua cooler that although great is ugly as hell and you have white ram...https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2Xfcf9

How long in the past?Similar specs to my build. Not a fan of Asus or ASRock but it's just my experience with those products in the past. Change your mobo to a MSI Z390 model and change the PSU to a EVGA. With the 9900K i recommend AT LEAST a 280mm Cooler.
