I generally recommend sizing the PSU so as to allow the future addition of a 2nd GFX card in SLI. Given the Hyper 212 Evo, one can safely assume that you are aiming for just moderate overclocking. That being the case, I'd recommend the EVGA B2 750 which will handle two 970s .
With current specials you cab get it for $40

As to the rest ....
1. 4790k is consensus choice for gaming / builds that also require capability with CAD, rendering, image editing apps that benefit from HT. If ya don't need HT, get the 4690k
2. MSI Gaming 5 is right at the top of the performance charts and based upon user reviews on newegg, board owners give it very high ratings .... much higher than competing baords costing much more.
3. You could probably get 2133 CAS 9 for same price or very close to it. Make sure to get the low profile version.
4. With no SSD, I'd choose an SSHD which, according to tomshardware tests charts is more than 50% faster in gaming than the black.
5. My one concern w/ the Giga 970 is its rather high dissatisfaction level among board owners as seen in newegg user reviews. About 22% give it an extremely low 1 egg rating, the other vendors average about 8%
6. Id want a case with more cooling capacity.... The case isn't particularly well set up for proper case cooling with just 2 intake fan mounts (front) and 2 exhaust fan mounts (top and rear). Two exhaust fans are provided but you can move one to front. Still with 2 in and 2 out, the lose associated with intake filters would have you sucking air in thru thru rear grille.
Id look at the Enthoo Pro M Which allows you to mount up to 6 fans and is just $5 more
