My friend wants to build his own gaming computer as part of a project. He's recruited me as I know more about this than he does. Our budget is around $1000, we might be able to stretch it a little more but we'd like to stay around $1000. We're looking to watercool. I'd like to do a custom loop if the price allows. The parts aren't concrete yet so I'm open to suggestions. It's not my first time building computers but it will be my first time attempting a custom loop. I've watched enough videos to know the general concepts on how to put one together so I'm not completely lost. I just need help picking out parts that we would need to water cool as well as components that would be optimal for watercooling.

The core/motherboard we're looking at is here (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1519802) but its still flexible. For the graphics card, his dad has a few 560's from work that we might be allowed to take. I'm wondering if its worth it to put it in a multi-card setup. I realize that we probably can't watercool the cards if we do SLI due to the budget. If not, I'd look for either a R9 270x or a GTX 760. I don't know what case he's got his eyes on yet but it should be ample in size for watercooling. We can mod the case if we have to as well. He's already got a 1000 watt PSU from a previous computer.

If someone could just point me in the right direction to start picking parts for water cooling like fittings, tubes, rads, and blocks, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Here is a build without and GPU(s) or a PSU. I would recommend waiting on water cooling and buying a better GPU first.
