my budget is 250-340
Hello my rig is a
Asus rog strick motherboard bf450 f gaming
RX 580 8g msi graphic card
Tradent 16 gig ddr4 3200 ram
3 solid state drives
1 external
a 750 wat esp 12 v power supply bronze by corsair
liquid cool Ryzen 5 2600X

I Want the graphic card to handle 4k and or 1080p with max FPS I Can't decide i can fit a tripple fan in my case prefer triple fan set up for better cooling

4k and 1080p are a world apart. In your budget, a comfortable 4k capable gpu will not be obtainable.

I feel that you may be willing to wait a bit for the nvidia 3000 gpu. They will be making an announcement in September about a new line of gpu. It may be worth the wait for you.

Other than that, which monitor will you be using? Will you buy another later?
