help picking up cpu

I have r7 265 and 8gb ram
i want a new cpu and my budget is low so im stuck between i3 4150 amd fx 6300 which is better for gaming and normal usage
I might upgrade in 2 years and my resolution is 1366×768

With this card it doesnt matter . Both will do . i personally would pick i3 4150 .
