Help picking z87 mobo

I would like some opinion on choosing a motherboard for a z87 build...i am new to this and im looking to build a gaming high end pc that i can easily upgrade in the future so im trying to choose some newer components...im choosing between asus maximus vi extreme and asrock z87 extreme 11....also deciding if i need a seperate fan controller? I will be running 4770k, corsair dominator platinum 32gb 1866, corsair h100i, either 2 evga gtx 780 ti classifieds or 2 sapphire tri x oc r9 290x ....thanks

Why not LGA2011 build?

I originally was looking to go lga 2011 with the asus rampage blk or asrock z77 extreme 11...then figured to go with the newer tech of haswell and z87 figuring upgrading would be easier but as im looking into this any upgrades 2 years from now id prob swap mobo either way?

LGA2011 build would be more future proof IMO and i think next "Broadwell" CPU's would be 10~15% faster than "Haswell" but new X99 chipset can be LGA2011 (maybe?)
