Help pins broke off graphic cards motherboard connection

basicaly i ordered a used graphics card on amazon and it just got delivered and it has 4 broken off pins on the motherboard connection. Here is a picture of the gtx 1050 tis broken pins, is it garbage and need to be returned or could i still use it?

Those are the power pins, clock etc. I believe that card is garbage without them.

If you got some soldering skills you can get the pins soldered back in place.
