Question HELP PLEASE 3200MHZ CORSAIR RGB PRO

so i just bought corsair vengeance rgb pro 3200mhz cl16

when i open my task manager and go to performance and memory it shows that i have the 32g but my speed only says 1333 not 3200, is that because im just on mny desktop and not running a high load or is something wrong here

rtx 2070 super xc ultra
asus prime x-470 pro

okay i now understand that its actually running at 2666 because it only shows 1 channel in task manager but i still want to know why im not getting the 3200 ?

You need to enable the AMP memory setting.
How many sticks of RAM do you have installed and what memory slots are they installed in?
