With my cx600 theres a wire which says on the side "Type3" and the other side connects to the hard drives and dvd drive

Photo blurry, but it looks like a six pin PCIe plug. Not sure why it says Type 3.

Where do i connect that because the other side of it has sata connectors

it is a 4 pins could be the atx 12 v cable check the connector and compare to the motherboard one .

I'm looking at the photos on newegg. They do say type 3 for some reason. Plug that end into the PSU, plug the other end into your drives. Did it not come with a manual?
