Help please Completely insane things

Please help me some one , I have some problems with my windows seven 64 bit seriously I don't know why but my pc Is not detecting anything I mean whenever I connect my phone to pc it put my phone on charging mode instead of storage mode this happens with every single phone I connect. It says something is wrong with the ports plus my DVD rom is not working correctly suddenly everything stops working my DVD writer is not reading disks at all nothing no DVD no CD at all it blinks several times then light turns off and nothing else , and yeah Im able to use my pendrive in pc but not any phone I'm eagerly waiting for someone to reply to this thread , please. Help.

But since you are having these other problems, maybe there is something else wrong.

Im using Moto g 2nd gen, and yeah before that it was working without any errors, and one more thing i can use my DVD writer now there was some problems with the power supply i changed the wires and it is working now, but not able to connect my phone help. I've installed Motorola drivers but not working. help.
