my cpu starts after many time on-offing Please Help

What is the brand and exact model of that PSU? The automatic assumption when people cannot be bothered to include the exact model number is that the PSU is a PSU-shaped piece of crap - a low quality generic PSU (what is included in generic builds) is usually the first thing that fails and can cause a broad range of issues from random crashes/restarts to frying nearly every other component in the PC and even starting house fires.

Can't find an obvious match for this, which typically screams "generic PoS" in which case there is a ~90% chance this is your problem. Cross your fingers it didn't kill other components on its way down.
