I just upgraded to an m.2 ssd which now has windows 10 on it i also have a sata ssd and a hdd the hdd has the system recovery on it. I cannot boot unless the sata ssd is first in boot order, the hdd second and the m.2 last! which has windows 10 on it otherwise i get disk read error. I also cannot change fan speed without disk read error. So basically i have to run default settings otherwise disk read error. Hope someone can help.

I assume u used to boot with HD. The old recovery partition maybe confusing it, disconnect HD temporarily see what it does. On Top of that, typically it wants Recovery partition and boot at drive 0. Did u create a Recovery partition on the now boot SSD?
