Help Please Fps stutter Hp Omen 15 2016

I recently just bought my new laptop.

And have been experiencing fps drops on csgo and arma 3 on csgo I'll have 150-200 fps then it'll stutter to 50fps for about 5 secs and back up almost impossible to play, my only solution was capping fps at 60 that doesn't seem like the best solution because I dropped an arm and leg for this laptop. I've tried everything.
 
Solution
The reason is most likely that your laptop is too powerful for the games you are playing. This is causing the laptop to overheat. I personally would cap all games at 60 or 80 at most as the screen can only refresh at 60 hz unless you have a higher end display or using an external monitor. Try this, turn all the effects on including v sync and see if it does this.
