Help please! I hear sparks like noises coming from my computer.

Basically every time I swicth on my computer I hear sparks I cant really see it because its covered now I ignored this for 1 day then my pc started to randomly crashy I now think I have a faulty power supply but ik not sure how I would replace it could yoh tell me what it is? My psu is a AD-e500ae-a5/a6 and my mother board is a F2A68HM-hd2 so im not sure which psu will be compatible with it and my graphic card is amd radeon 7660d I plan to upgrade my graphic card and replace psu with maybe a better one I need help on choosing with is a good budget and what is happening with my pc when I hear sparks pleae help thanks so much.

that sounds dangerous :| try RMA both just incase and dont mean to be rude in any way but you might....WANT TO DO THAT BEFORE A FIRE STARTS! MKAY?! XD
