Help please im lost

Hello my name is lucid with in the last few years i have built what i call a "gaming pc". the issue i am having is that for what is in it i feel it lacks in performance any tips or advise. Is there a bottle neck some wear idk should i have win8? please any help

My set up
asrock 970 extreme3 mother board
crossfire X2 HIS iCooler H777F1G2M Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
Kingston HyperX Blu Red Series 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
AMD FX-6300 Vishera 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W Six-Core Desktop Processor
1tb western digtal hdd
60gig ssd for games only
1000w powersuply
matercooler liquid cooler for possessor

That sounds about normal. You're running crossfire on the ASRock 970 Extreme3, which is a horrible idea. You might as well only have one gpu, because one of the gpu is running in a x4 lane. That means you will only notice a very small performance increase, if any. Your build basically performs like a FX-6300 with a single 7770, and playing BF4 at only med settings sounds about right.
it tends to seem choppy at times.all card drivers and mobo update done last night still have the same issues. any chance its the gpu's. also i keep having this feeling its all in the settings somehow. it has 16gig ram 6core prosser and 2xhd7770 1g cards and a ssd
i thought it was a solid buid.
 


its bf4 on ultra i can barley run medium settings i figured it could do much more but i may b wrong
