Help please! Issues with motherboard possibly?

My PC suddenly stopped working. I first checked to see if my PSU had gone bad by plugging it into my other PC. All was fine. I thought then my front console power switch had gone bad, so I plugged it into my other pc, and it worked there. I then thought my motherboard was faulty, when I noticed my keyboard and mouse were still operational, and they’re plugged into the mobo. When I try to turn my PC on, my PSU makes a soft high pitched hum. What’s wrong with my PC?

by the way, my parts are a Corsair CX750M, a Gigabyte GA-Z170 mobo, an i5 CPU
