when I connect 24pin connector to smps smps get turned off mother board not getting power supply . please help

Solution
Take themotherbd and PSu out of the case and see if this still happens. If not then you may have a motherbd standoff in the wrong place that is shorting out the motherbd or possbly have not installed the standoffs at all (yes, this has happened 
)
