Help please my PC cannot play battlefield 4 smoothly (Just brought)

My PC cannot plays battlefield 4 IN medium or even low, in still lagging every time i played it.
MY PC build
Intel S1150 Core i5 4690K 3.50Ghz Quad Core CPU

Gigabyte S1150 MicroATX GA-H97M-Gaming 3 Motherboard

DDR3 8GB (1x8G) Crucial 1600MHz Ram Module

240GB Kingston SSDNow V300 SATA 3 2.5 7mm w/Adapter PN SV300S37A/240G

1TB Seagate 3.5" 7200rpm SATA 6Gb/s HDD (PN ST1000DM003)

Gigabyte GTX750Ti 2GB OC PCIe Video Card PN N75TOC-2GI

That video card could be faster, more powerful, but according to a test by TH it should be running around 30-36fps even on ultra settings at 1920x1080 so it should handle medium settings much better. When you say lagging, are you talking single player just playing on your machine? Or multiplayer online? If it's lagging online, then I'd look into your internet connection. Also you may want to add another 8gb stick of ram and try running your memory in dual channel for better performance than just the one stick of ram.
