HELP PLEASE | R9 270x Video tdr failure

Hey guys yesterday I've been playing some games on my PC when out of nowhere my PC got a BSOD saying video tdr failure. I tried everything and then reinstalled my PC twice. It still shows up and now I can't even get into safe mode considering my screen is just black now and only my cursor shows up. Is my gpu rip?

I got an i5 4460 8gb ram and r9 270x msi

Could I fix this problem by simply buying a new gpu?

I said "entire". Do you think the motherboard and PSU don't matter when you are having hardware issues?

Well, I just removed my GPU from my build and now everything works fine.

CPU: Intel Core i5 4460 @ 3.20 GHz
Motherboard: MS-7848
Ram: 8gb of ram (2x 4gb)
GPU: R9 270x MSI 2gb
PSU: Be quiet 600W

Well, I just removed my GPU from my build and now everything works fine.

Most likely a dead GPU. Test it in another system if you can to make sure.

Could I fix this problem by simply buying a new gpu?
