Help please to understand the very high pitched squeeling noise when switching on pc....

Hi,

I have found an old Dell OptiPlex G270. There is no hard drive. I switched it on to run a bios check, but there is a high pitched screetching/squeeling noise coming from the what could be the graphics card area ?

What could this be ? Any ideas please......

Probably coil whine. If so it is harmless, just annoying.

Could also be a Bad Capacitor as well. Do any of them look like this
