Help Please! Updated Graphic Problem

Hello, help please, I tried to update my graphic cards this morning so when it said reboot, I rebooted and then there are 2 grids and the screen is weird, i tried system restore and it didnt work. Help?

What do you mean by "update my graphics card"? Was it a vbios update or a driver update? What graphics card do you have?

I use intel graphics card since my intel crashes sometimes i tried to update it with intwl utility tool 2.0 when i rebooted, it looks weord ans there are 2 grids

This is an integrated GPU, correct? And does everything work besides the 2 grids?

Built in to your CPU or Motherboard. I'm assuming it is because discrete Intel graphics cards are rare.
I am unfamiliar with updating the intel drivers, but you used an officially supported method, right?
Is there any way of reverting to older drivers?

its built into my desktop( the thing which is the core of the computer ) And yes i used their tool, i have 2 last resorts if i cant fix it, i have to remove my antivirus so i can successfully use system restore and wipe my drive

Can you just completely uninstall the drivers for now, just to see if it removes the grids? Can you do that from the control panel?

Please don't post 5 new messages in a row, update your post instead of making new ones.

Try changing the resolution of your desktop, see if that changes anything.
Also, do the grids appear before you boot in to windows? Maybe open your BIOS and let it sit there for awhile to see if they appear.

Tried it but it doesnt work i dont think intel hd works on my com and what do you mean by let the bios sit for awhile

I want to see if the "grids" appear even before you load into windows. You should be able to load in to your bios with F2 or Del key, depending on you laptop. Once you get in to to, just let it sit there and see if the screen goes weird.

As soon as the loading windows disappears the screen becomes grid and weird

Then I would say backup what you want from windows, and factory reset or reinstall windows.

i doubt it, the install might have changed the hardware on the compiter

Did you try the BIOS thing? If you get in to the BIOS and the screen doesn't change, it's the driver's fault.
