Hi, I have got a file that I am trying to figure out what it is but the text just seems to be code?? The file name is PATCH.PKG.TXT

That is a patch file that's encrypted for the purpose of keeping the player from seeing, modifying it's contents. In a perfect world it would be solely to avoid technical problems, but devs have also been known to use somewhat suspect methods to make so called performance patches, like sabotaging LOD values. So it could be just as much to keep people from seeing such tweaks, as avoiding tech problems.
