Hello, First off, its not a bad rig, but im going to help you make it better!
Here is my recommended build considering your budget is $900:

Its a little more then 900, but if you can save up a little more, its totally better then what you had.
1. No point for that locked CPU.
2. lame mobo.
3. why not just 2x4gb instead of 4x2gb? wayy better.
4. a 770 is along the same perforemance as the 280x.
This is just a better build. There you go and enjoy!
