So here is what my pc is ->

CPU = Intel core i7 4790k 8mb cache

GPU = Nvidia GeForce GTX 980Ti

Motherboard = MSI Z97 Gaming 5

Memory (RAM) = Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory

Storage = 1.Samsung 850 EVO-Series 500GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
2.Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Power Supply = EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Case = Corsair 780T ATX Full Tower Case

So that's my PC all I want to know is

2. My case has a fan controller so wil it control ally fans the 9 of them

3 . What fans do I need? Where should the go?

Here comes water cooling

750W should be sufficient, if you take a look at the fan controller, you will see how many outputs it will have, your mobo has 5 fan connectors so if you desire you could attach 4 fans (one for the cpu). if you want full performance then i would recommend to fit all of your slots up with fans whereas if you want silence then use silent fans. if you are going to have water cooling i would recommend to use high static pressure fans to push the air through the radiator and get the most out of your loop! for the silent fans i recommend http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00C249PEO/ref=twister_B00I5LXHSS?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 these fans come with 3 different color selections and are very easy to spray paint for some real custom parts. and for the high static pressure i would strongly recommend http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00C249PEO/ref=twister_B00I5LXHSS?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 these are the same make but i have my Zalman Z11 Plus case full of them and they really do pack a punch when turned up!!
Hope i helped!
