Ok this is about my cpu it gets very loud and fast but i no the cause its
'system idol process' when i open the task manager it says its taking up 92
cpu can you help me stop this?

Break out a dictionary and look up the word "idle," sometime. ;-}
The "System Idle Process" metric is the amount/percentage of time that
your CPU has nothing to do. A reading of 98-99% is generally
considered a good thing, and readings above 90% are normal. Think of
it like a car's engine idling in your driveway before you place the
car in gear.

If your computer is slow, it's because of something else, not the
System Idle Process.

I've never heard my cpu, how is it you can hear yours?

Am thinking the OP probably meant the cpu fan but that's just a guess...

You have to unplug it from its socket and hold it close to one ear :)

Did you try dusting/cleaning the fans - case, exhaust, and CPU - as well as
the CPU heatsink?

No, that's not the cause and there's nothing to stop.
"System Idle Process" is not any problem at all. That's just the
name for what the system is doing when it's not doing anything.
It's there to make the total add up to 100%

You would want this value to be high - because this is the percentage of
time that the CPU is idle - or not doing anything...........

Obviously he's taking about his CPU fan. Some motherboards control the speed
of the CPU fan - speeding up when the CPU is working harder.....
