HELP PLEASE

I HAVE INSTALLED A NEW WINDOWS VERSION ON MY COMPUTER AND I CANNOT OR DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DOWNLOAD A SOUND DEVICE. PLEASE HELP!!

Please turn off Caps Lock. People get turned off of replying when you type your entire message in caps.

If you have an integrated sound device, go to your motherboard manufacturers website and get the driver from there. If you have a separate sound card, go to that manufacturers website for the driver. If Windows 7 is not specifically supported in either case, download and attempt to install the Windows Vista drivers for that card.

+1 The_Prophecy has it exactly right especially the parts about turning off Caps Lock and attempting to use a Vista driver. OP should give The_Prophecy a 'best answer'.

I am searching for a video to post detailing proper forum posting edicate. I have to say, after nearly 10k posts on this forum, I am arriving at the point here where I no longer want to post a helpful answer to posters who leave the Caps Lock on. I had thought of posting the same instructions as The_Prophecy earlier. This is the first time I have ever realized I may have flaws. 8)
