Help please

Hello,
We have recently had a power cut and evr since this my PC hasnt been the same at all.
Firstly it sometimes not recognising my ssd boot drive and other times not recognising of on my wd int hd drives and im a bit lost.

Also boot up times etc have all become very slow. I have tried checking the bios etc biut not sure what to check for can you pleas ehelp me out

Ok so do I remove the battery from the mboard for a minute and the put back in?

also will it automatically choose the best settings in the bios?
