Question Help please

So I have a foxconn n15235 h61s that when I plug everything, power, and display. Nothing shows up but the fans are on, and after 40 seconds it turns off. Any help is much appreciated

Motherboard-foxconn n15235 h61s
Ram- 8 gb 4gb each sick ddr3
Video card- Asus hd7770-dc-1gd5
PS- Evga 500B
HDD- 1tb Seagate

I tried that but no video comes up, not even for bios
