is it possible to get these components at least $50 cheaper

as cheap as possible without changing the gpu or cpu

That motherboard might also not support Ryzen 3000 processors out of the box, in which case you would need access to a 1000 or 2000-series Ryzen processor to perform a BIOS update with. You could avoid that by going with a motherboard guaranteed to Run 3rd-gen Ryzen chips out of the box, such as one of the MSI "MAX" boards, like the B450 Tomahawk MAX.
