Question Help please

So my problem is that i cant boot in windows. When i put 2 sticks of 8gb ram in my motherboard it doesnt boot and shows no signal , but when i put only 1 stick it boots perfecly. Ram sticks is working fine. Every dimm slot is working fine. My motherboard does support dual channel . I dont know whats wrong.

Maybe the ram is dead

do you have a different system on hand to check it?

Ram is not dead they both work . I checked on my other system
