Help please

Hi, I just currently bought new components and It is still very choppy in games at high resolutions even though I read on many reviews that I'd get like 60 fps. My opinion is that my RAM is too old and it ain't worth crap:

Motherboard = SiS P4S800 to A8N5X
Videocard = Geforce FX 5200 to XFX 7600 GT XT
CPU: Pentium 4 2.4ghz to AMD 3500+ 2.2ghz


My RAM is... Samsung DDR333MHZ... 2x256mb on dual channel.

Am I right?

you will probably see a major improvement by having 1G RAM

some games use 700M+, therefore you need 2G to run smooth

also a fast HD helps

your other bits 76GT and 3500+ are fast enough for >95% of games

added*obviously if you are running 1680x1050 or even higher then things will be choppy on a 7600GT*
