Question Help please

So I just built my first PC and need help when I boot the pc there is no display won’t even boot BIOS there is a red light that stays on DRAM then Switches to VGA for a few seconds then goes to CPU for like half a second then goes back to DRAM and does that over and over
•AORUS B550 PRO AC motherboard
•AMD RYZEN 5 5600x CPU
•TridentZ neo Ram(2x16gb)
•MSI RADEON RX6800
•CX750F RGB PSU
