To verify, you completely reinstalled Windows via USB. Did you remove all of the previous partitions as described in the guide posted earlier?

When did you last reset the BIOS to default settings?

I expected the Windows basic adapter part, but was hoping the installer would do its thing. I am completely stumped, aside from your CPU being defective (it houses your video adapter) I don't know what else to do.

I did reach out to the moderation team to see if anyone has any new ideas. If so, you'll likely see them join the thread.

Was your cousin trying to fix this same problem, at least sort of?

so he said he seen that my drivers were outdated and if wouldnt let him download then and then he did the ddu and then uninstalled the amd intergraded grphics for some reason
I am really thinking defect now, but try this first.

Go here:

https://www.amd.com/en/support/down...yzen/ryzen-3000-series/amd-ryzen-5-3550h.html

Open the previous versions.

Try downloading one of the earlier versions of the drivers, like 24.1.1. See if this changes any of the behavior.

ok will you walk me through that tomorrow?
Yes.
