Help please

Hi this is my first problem, as I am not very good on a computer I do not know what it means

loading:usersjohnappdataroamingiscsiexe dll
The other problem I have with my laptop is that when i open any web page or try to read any mail,i can only open it if I put the arrow at the bottom of the screen and click it to open and close then it will open the page.

I really do not know what to do as this is the only way to be able to open any web page or email

Really hope you can assist me and tell me the problem.

You need to explain things a bit better, that string of stuff you put in does not make sence and would never be an actuall error.

Write down the exact error, when it comes up, and from what application.

It looks like your I.E. windows are opening in minimized mode. Go through the steps in this thread http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/ie/forum/ie8-windows_other/internete-explorer-8-opens-in-a-minimized-window/e09da3f8-478c-4f11-b42c-835df7b59b01, should take care of things.
