Question Help pls me!!!

So I have this cooler master MASTERLIQUID 120,and there is a weird noise coming from it ,I know its coming from a fan because on low rpms the noise is present but when I turn up the rpm to 70% the noise is gone.What should I do to fix this problem and if I'll need another cooler which one should I get?

My first thought is it's the fan bearings are getting worn.
You could replace the fans.
Those are 120mm 12V fans....or you could replace the whole cooler if you have been happy with it.
