Help pls my pc

Hey guys so i keep getting the error the default gateway is not available i have tried used trouble shoot to fix this but i dont need to know how to fix this i need to know if its a pc problem or my wifi my wifi is perfect on my phone and ps4 but it keeps saying this so i meed to know if this is an issue with my pc as i will call the company

Typically, the pc will have a small yellow light next to the LAN connection to show it is talking. Typically is the cable connected directly to the computer is unhooked or missing pairs it will say "cable has come unplugged". Generally when it says "default gateway not available" is that the cable connecting from your hub to the router could have come unplugged, or you are in the wrong subset/gateway (changed IP, etc)

Its not because its fine theres no fault with my hub ive had it tested and the ps4 and my phone have no problems i think its the pc
