As soon as I start Internet Explorer ( i norm use FF or Opera), I down load window

pops up
Getting File Information:
help ASP from www7.logih.com

Then it states that it can not dwn load "help ASP from www7.logih.com".
Please try again later.

I have no idea of what it is. Ive scanned with NOD32, spybot S&D, Windows defender,

Hijack this. And I just can't find it.

ANY help would be appreciated,
