Question Help pls

I am trying to build my first pc so I want to keep the price pretty low. I just want to run cs:go. So I don’t want the perfect build just enough for it to run smoothly and efficient. The build I have in mind is:

PSU 500w
CPU i5 3470
GTX 760
Dell M5DCD OptiPlex 1155 motherboard
1tb Harddrive
4gb Ram

Any help is greatly appreciated. I’m new to this as you can tell so don’t cook me pls ps I’m buying used parts so they are cheaper
