Help plz my friend psu is good enough for msi gt 730 2gb ddr5

So my friend has a built in 450w psu from a pre build and he want to buy a gpu since he only use igpu is it good enough this is not a permanent solution only for some time so he can buy a 500w psu that is good

It should be sufficient. The card is only a 49W card according to the specs and requires a 300W power supply. Some cheap power supplies don't meet the specs they advertise, but you should be OK.
