Later, I tried to boot up. Everything seemed fine save for a NO SIGNAL on the display. Lights, fans, sounds, all seemed normal. No display.
Took out CMOS battery and now the mobo LEDs go through an odd progression but still won't post. Skips through the red CPU light, lingers on Orange RAM for a second or two, that shuts off and then the white light goes on for a second, that goes off and then the green Boot light stays on. No POST.
Tried unplugging 24 pin, holding power button down while unplugged, uninstalled and reinstalled the HDD. Nothing changes.
I'm waiting for GPU prices to drop and I'm running integrated right now.

i7 7700k Intel CPU
Asus z270e Motherboard
16GB Crucial @2400
Corsair h100i v2 Liquid Cooler
Corsair 650w PSU
2TB Seagate HDD
Windows 10
