HELP power supply beeping!

Power Supply: Thermaltake 650w

Hello, I am trying to install a thermaltake psu into my computer (first time and I am not a techy guy). I have everything installed I think correctly. But my Power Supply is beeping at me. The monitor only shows a black screen. the power supply will beep once and pause beep once then pause. I don't know what I did wrong. HELP

Hello... Video cards and MB's beep... I have yet to experience a "beeping" PS.
1) Plug Power connector to Video card to stop it beeping.
2) Examine the color of the wires, for your MB connections, between your HP power supply and New power supply... do they all match exactly? if not... then you MB is not being Powered properly... Due too none "standard ATX" wiring design of the the HP MB/PS.
3) Determine the BEEP code your MB is repeating ( fast and slow/Long and short ) and go to your HP manual/PDF and determine the Fault code being reported.
 
It is not your power supply beeping. It probably your motherboard. The beeps themselves can mean a number of things from RAM errors to no video input. IS your motherboard even lighting up by the onboard LED( not sure if all boards have a light on them)?
