HELP! Prebuilt gaming pcs??

So im very new to pcs and i am 100% unable to build a pc for myself, so im looking into buying a pre-built pc, but theres almost always a catch! if i buy a pre-built pc is there anything i need to edit with-in the pc? or am i able to buy it and then use it? ah, im so new to this ;o;
Also im on a 600-ish budget so if you know any pcs that i can use off the bat for 600 dollars or under please recommend! they dont have to be perfect considering the price range!

the best way to get prebuild pc is probably looking at dell/hp website or best buy deals. dell/hp/lenovo/acer should work right out of the box, given you have a working monitor.

we don't know what your local shop offers, if you could post the specs of the prebuild that you would like to buy, we can tell you whether it's worth it or not.
