"HELP" Primochill soft tubing compatibility

I need some help recently I bought a PrimoChill PrimoFlex Advanced LRT 3/8in.ID x 1/2in.OD Tubing- Crystal Clear and for some reason my fittings doesn't fit. I have a Phobya 3/8 ID x 1/2 OD fittings. can anyone give some advice why it doesn't fit well and what kind of fittings should I use?

@unolocogringo can you recommend any other fittings? to be honest the set up is already completed a month ago and as a beginner I did messed up got some kinks on the tubing and there are times coolant at reservoir starts going down. Fittings needed a lot of force to fit the tubing from my experience and I also did the hair dryer thing. So right now I decided to fix it and get other set of fittings. I also forgot I have other kinds of fittings too

You already have the fittings.
Here is a link for 13x10mm tubing.

The tubing will be a tight fit but not an extremely tight fit like you have now. the tight fit is what makes the waterproof seal. the outer clamp is a precaution in case the fan on the radiators stop working and the water gets very hot and softens the tubing making it easy to come loose.

Cheap enough, less than a dollar per foot before shipping.
The unit measurement is for 1 meter or 39.37 inches ,which is enough for most builds but at that cost just buy 2 and have extra on hand in case you make another mistake.
