CPU Package 63°C
So what is the problem? I am using intel heatsink 80mm cooler fan. and i check temp by using "Open hardware monitor" app. I am so scare why my procesor goes up 65°C for idel using not for playing games?

My system space
Intel core i3 4160 3.60Ghz
8gb ram ddr3
RX 470 4gb gddr5 GPU
1TB hdd
500w psu

Please help!!!

Solution
Reinstall your cooler and use new thermal paste. Make sure thermal paste is spread evenly (not too much though) across the IHS. Make sure the cooler is seated properly against the CPU. It sounds like you CPU cooler is not installed properly.

For gaming temp upto 90-95°C btw you're right my cooler is not seated properly against cpu. When i check Seated 3 pins properly not 4 and thermal paste is dry and spread.but when i push pin is not fixing i don't get more push for damage btw i will try..
Thank you and sorry for my mistake down voted SORRY..

It takes a lot of force sometimes, more than you might think, make sure the push pin is reset first.
